Product descriptions, images, and specifications on this site are provided for reference and may be updated without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors, variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions.

An order is not considered accepted until we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Our product lineup includes oil-control & anti-dandruff shampoo, bionic-silk hair protein cream, amino-acid shower gel, and aromatic essential oils — offered in full-size, refill-pouch, and travel formats.

All prices are listed in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

• Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment platforms.
• You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or payment processor fees imposed by your financial institution.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT) and other taxes required by law.

We deliver to addresses within the service areas listed at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference and may vary based on destination, carrier capacity, and customs processing.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected delivery service.
• Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted for unopened products in original packaging within 7 days of receipt, subject to applicable law.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-returnable items: used or opened products; opened essential oils for hygiene and safety reasons; gift sets with broken seals; and products damaged due to customer misuse.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and design, is owned by LA POÉTIQUE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

LA POÉTIQUE, 如诗, and associated logos are registered trademarks. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

By submitting user-generated content to the site, you grant LA POÉTIQUE a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with our services.
